    Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
    You will receive a confirmation email or a text message that the order has been confirmed.
    What payment options are available?
    You are welcome to transfer money online to the bank details provided or via a payment link that we will send you online. If you pay in cash, you will receive an invoice for the payment made.
    Communication via app or in person?
    We are a classic limousine service where personal contact is very important. You also speak directly to the management and do not end up in a queue on a hotline, as can happen with apps. In addition, we have our own fleet of vehicles and only work with reliable, professional partners and do not outsource jobs to external companies or third-party drivers that we do not know.
    What happens if the meeting is extended or my plane is delayed?
    If your meeting is extended, don’t worry. We won’t leave you out in the rain and will find a solution together.
    In the event of flight delays, we will track the flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.
    I have a lot of luggage, can I take it with me?
    If you’re not quite sure whether your luggage will fit in a saloon, then why not book the van? Your luggage will fit perfectly in the Extra Long version of the van.
    How do I find the driver at the airport?
    The driver usually stands with a pick-up sign in the arrivals area of Terminal 1 at Scoom or Terminal 2 at Starbucks, depending on where the aircraft lands. It is helpful to provide a mobile phone number, as this makes it easier for the guest to contact the driver.
